Cooking With Mili

Concerned over a myth of the British thinking that Indian cooking is complicated and requires a lot of ingredients, Sanjay has teamed up with his wife Mili and does demonstrations of Indian Home Cooking at Thyme and Chillies in Birdham. You can also arrange a private demonstration at the restaurant or in your kitchen at home.
